At Bonduelle, we reaffirm our desire to promote professional equality between women and men. Each year, we publish the “gender equality index”, which assesses the situation of our companies on 4 or 5 indicators, in the form of a score out of 100.
This index is made up of four indicators that assess inequalities between women and men in companies: wage gaps, differences in the distribution of individual raises and promotions, the proportion of employees who received a raise on their return from maternity leave and finally the number of women and men among the ten highest earners.
