Positive impact – Year 2022-2023 in review

 

Having positive impact at the heart of our DNA and our corporate project is an opportunity, measuring our impact and sharing it transparently is the best way to progress.

🌿At Bonduelle, we’re on a mission to inspire as many people as possible to eat a more plant-based, delicious and sustainable diet. And we have an ambitious agenda to achieve this.

This year, we have made significant progress:

🏆 The B Corp certification of Bonduelle Italia and Bonduelle Fresh Americas, representing more than a third of our sales, is a fine recognition of the daily work of our teams on social and environmental dimensions!

🍽️ We have improved our range of complete meals, focusing on their composition (98% of our branded products display a Nutri-Score A or B) and flavor. And because it’s not so easy to eat a more plant-based diet on a daily basis, we’re raising awareness among a wide audience. Thanks to Greenology, we’ve already trained 1,800 chefs in 2 years in plant-based cooking.

🌎 We have mapped out our roadmap for contributing to carbon neutrality. It involves our entire value chain, from farmers to retailers. To date, over 46% of our farming partners have committed to regenerative agriculture alongside us.

🌟 To keep in step with society’s priorities and expectations, we have strengthened our collaboration with our stakeholders. We conducted a materiality analysis involving over 570 stakeholders, confirming the relevance of our commitments while identifying areas where we need to accelerate.
